By submitting presentation documents, brands or persons on their own initiative, following a proposal by the selection committee or the Health Media Award e.V., the submitter or applicant agrees that all rights of use and exploitation are transferred to the association or the Health Media Award International Ltd (publisher: healthmediaaward.com) free of charge with the sending of the digital documents. Blocking notes for a press publication lose their validity with the transmission.
